For custom orders.
If your item is custom made you'll get the photos of the finished item before shipping, so can make sure everything is great, we also use sturdy boxes or bubble polipropilen mailers to make the shipping as safe as possible.
We accept returns within 3 days of a delivery and all items must be in original condition.
We can only accept return if the item has any defect made in our studio.
If your item(s) have been monogrammed, design was changed for your wishes, or made to very unusual measure we unable to cancel, refund or exchange unless they arrive to you damaged or defective by the fault of our studio.
