for the USA is 3 days (f.e. if we ship on Monday morning, you'll get it on Wednesday),

If your item is custom made you'll get the photos of the finished item before shipping, so can make sure everything is great, we also use sturdy boxes or bubble polypropylene mailers to make the shipping as safe as possible.
We accept returns within 3 days of a delivery and all items must be in original condition.
We can only accept return if the item has any defect made in our studio.
If your item(s) have been monogrammed, the design was changed for your wishes or made to very unusual measure we unable to cancel, refund or exchange unless they arrive at you damaged or defective by the fault of our studio.
