Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 working days.
For custom orders
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive at you damaged or defective, we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange products which have been monogrammed, personalized a lot or made to very unusual measure. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order, we will be happy to help.
We can only accept return if you find any defect made in our studio and we accept returns within 3 days of a delivery and all items must be in original condition.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
