How to order

 

Khelman is a leather studio-atelier and you can order any bag you see on the website in the colors of your choice.

Your bag is carefully made and you get its pics before shipping

If you'd like to change the straps' length, make some changes in the layout of the pockets please make a note to your order and we consider your wishes.

Processing time
 

Every item in stock will be shipped the next business day as the payment is accepted.

If your purchase is the custom bag it takes about 7-14 business days for making,  you'll receive an email of a due date when your order is ready, BUT let us know if you need your order faster.
You will also get the photos of the finished handbag when it's ready, so you can make sure everything is great. 


Note: Each item is handmade and there may be slight inconsistencies in making your handbag unique.

Shipping
 

We ship worldwide. Via a priority mail in the United States and by the first class with a tracking number worldwide.

 

The estimated delivery time:

  • for the USA in 3 days (f.e. if we ship on Monday morning, you'll get it on Wednesday),

  • for Canada and Mexico is about 5-7 days,

  • for South America is about 10-12 days,

  • for Europe is about 10-12 days,

  • for Russia, Asia and Australia are about 12-14 days, depends on the distance.

 

We are not responsible for any customs delays.

Return & Refund
 

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you're not, just contact us within 3 days of delivery and return the product to us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll exchange or refund it to the original method of payment.

  • We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy and we gladly accept returns and exchanges but all items must be in the original condition.

  • We do our best to represent each item in detail and its true color and we check everything before shipping to make sure you will get the best product quality. It is important to us that you have a product you are thrilled to own.

  • Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 working days.

 

For custom orders.

 

If your item is custom made you'll get the photos of the finished item before shipping, so you can make sure everything is great, we also use sturdy boxes or bubble polypropylene mailers to make the shipping as safe as possible.

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery and all items must be in original condition. 

We can only accept returns if the item has any defect made in our studio.

If your item(s) have been monogrammed, the design was changed for your wishes or made to very unusual measures we unable to cancel, refund or exchange unless they arrive at you defective by the fault of our studio.

Conditions of return.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
