Khelman is a leather studio-atelier and you can order any bag you see on the website in the colors of your choice.

If you'd like to change the straps' length, make some changes in the layout of the pockets please make a note to your order and we consider your wishes.

Processing time

 

Every item in stock will be shipped the next business day as the payment is accepted.

If your purchase is the custom bag it takes about 7-14 business days for making,  you'll receive an email of a due date when your order is ready, BUT let us know if you need your order faster.
You will also get the photos of the finished handbag when it's ready, so you can make sure everything is great. 


Note: Each item is handmade and there may be slight inconsistencies in making your handbag unique.

Shipping

 

We ship worldwide. Via a priority mail in the United States and by the first class with a tracking number worldwide.

 

The estimated delivery time:

  • for the USA in 3 days (f.e. if we ship on Monday morning, you'll get it on Wednesday),

  • for Canada and Mexico is about 5-7 days,

  • for South America is about 10-12 days,

  • for Europe is about 10-12 days,

  • for Russia, Asia and Australia are about 12-14 days, depends on the distance.

 

We are not responsible for any customs delays.

 

How can I order Khelman custom bag?


So how it works in Khelman: ~ Choose any model in the store and adjust it for your personality by picking the lining and finishes color you like and adding pockets you need,
~ Change the leather color If you want something more special or realize that the bag probably will be the better companion for your wardrobe in another color(s).

⠀ Request your wishful leather or suede if you don’t see it.

If you like a bag on Khelman Instagram and don’t see it in the store - it happens sometimes if it was a custom made - message me, I will contact you soon.

You’re also welcome to customize the design, like to add some decorative details or pockets or adjust the dimensions and strap’s length.
We love custom projects!
So it’s all possible, a custom listing will be simply created for your convenience.

🦋 Sometimes one of you, my sunshines, falls in love with the certain leather, in this case, it simply works in a reverse way - pick the leather first and only then choose the design.

What if you don't have leather or suede I want for my bag?


If you didn't find the leather you want, please tell me your wishes via a custom bag request in the menu and I'll come back to you soon with variants I've found for your bag and the quote if you want some exotic leather.




Can I bring my own design for my custom bag?


Absolutely. Please use a Custom bag request to share your wishes and thoughts. Ksenia will contact you shortly with a quote and sketch, and a private listing will be created for your convenience.




How does 100% Satisfaction Guarantee work?


We don't have a goal just to sell, we want you to be happy with your bag, that's why we have 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy and we gladly accept returns and exchanges but all items must be in its original condition. We do my best to represent each item in details and its true color. All monitors are different and if you are unsure in a color or shade we will be happy to provide you more photos or even video. We check every item before shipping to make sure you will get the best quality product. It is important to us that you have a product you are thrilled to own what's why If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, we can make the full refund or exchange the item. Please feel free to contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 5 days of delivery. Notice: It works only if you return the bag in its original condition with all pristine labels. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. For personalized custom orders: because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for personalized orders but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We can not accept returns for wrong colors or sizes unless it was our fault. We can only accept return if you find any defect made in our studio and we accept returns within 3 days of a delivery and all items must be in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.




How does your 50 years warranty work?


I'm sure in quality of Khelman bags done and therefore I offer a 50 years warranty for all handbags. If something happened with your handbag due to my mistake I will fix it for free. And even it was not my fault, like an excessive use, I'll be glad to fix this thing for the discount price. Feel free to contact me with all questions.




Return & Refund


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just contact us within 3 days of delivery and return the product to us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll exchange or refund it to the original method of payment. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy and we gladly accept returns and exchanges but all items must be in the original condition. We do our best to represent each item in detail and its true color and we check everything before shipping to make sure you will get the best product quality. It is important to us that you have a product you are thrilled to own. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 working days. For custom orders. If your item is custom made you'll get the photos of the finished item before shipping, so you can make sure everything is great, we also use sturdy boxes or bubble polypropylene mailers to make the shipping as safe as possible. We accept returns within 3 days of delivery and all items must be in original condition. We can only accept returns if the item has any defect made in our studio. If your item(s) have been monogrammed, the design was changed for your wishes or made to very unusual measures we unable to cancel, refund or exchange unless they arrive at you defective by the fault of our studio. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order, we will be happy to help. Conditions of return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
