to check before shipping
If you'd like to change the straps' length, make some changes in the layout of the pockets please make a note to your order and we consider your wishes.
Feel like you would love to change the bag size or change the design? Request a custom bag here.
Processing time
Every item in stock will be shipped the next business day as the payment is accepted.
If your purchase is a custom bag it can take about 2-3 weeks for making, you'll receive an email of a due date when your order is ready, BUT let us know if you need your order to the certain date.
You will also get the photos of the finished handbag when it's ready, so you can make sure everything is great.
Note: Each item is handmade and there may be slight inconsistencies in making your handbag unique.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Via a priority mail in the United States and by the first class with a tracking number worldwide.
The estimated delivery time:

for the USA in 3 days (f.e. if we ship on Monday morning, you'll get it on Wednesday),

for Canada and Mexico is about 5-7 days,

for South America is about 10-12 days,

for Europe is about 10-12 days,

for Russia, Asia and Australia are about 12-14 days, depends on the distance.
