Outside zip pocket is on the front and the bag is made for the left side /shoulder
Keep the outside large slide pocket on the back and add the key holder inside 
Inside pockets are all the same, but no cardholders and to double the pocket  with the flap,
Keep the little strap with a snap
Add a long «fishing » key holder
