We do my best to represent each item in details and its true color. All monitors are different and if you are unsure in a color or shade we will be happy to provide you more photos or even video.

We check every item before shipping to make sure you will get the best quality product. If you're not, just contact us within 3 days of delivery and return the product to us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll exchange or refund it to the original method of payment.

For custom orders.

If your item is custom made you'll get the photos of the finished item before shipping, so you can make sure everything is great, we also use sturdy boxes or bubble polypropylene mailers to make the shipping as safe as possible.

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery and all items must be in original condition.

We can only accept returns if the item has any defect made in our studio.

If your item(s) have been monogrammed, the design was changed for your wishes or made to very unusual measures we unable to cancel, refund or exchange unless they arrive at you defective by the fault of our studio.
